I was shipped the wrong product and when I called I was told that they will send me a shipping label so I can return the wrong product back. Never received the label.

I like Petflow, and recently decided to give it a try after a year with another company. But since placing an initial order the email volume has been awful. One to two daily emails is overkill, in my opinion, an option for weekly would be quite acceptable. If I decide to stop using this vendor it will be because of this single factor. I appreciate that the orders have been correct, shipping was very swift (considering the weather issues this winter) and the prices are competitive. I know what my pets want and will use and eat, so I admit I'm not really "shopping". The site is easy to use and the items I want are in stock. Thanks very much.

The first time that I ordered I was initially impressed. I made my order and then got a call back to make sure I was the right person and the order was right. I thought that that was really nice. Then when the order came and there was damage to the order, the customer service could not have cared any less. This is not a good way to start a business relationship!!!

You send entirely too too too many emails. Please stop it!

This is the first time I have ordered from petflow not sure if I will be ordeing again. My order arrived a day ahead of schedule but when I opened it at least half of what I ordered was not included even though the packaging list listed all my items they simply were not in the box. Called customer service and asked if this was the only package and was told it was, I told them what was missing was told they would ship my missing items right away its been a week now and still waiting. Hopefully all will be included this time. They have some pretty good deals but not sure if its worth the waiting three weeks for an order.

while overall pretty good. they could use some improvements as mentioned. Typically they take 1 day more for orders to be received compared to their online competitor who I buy more often then Petflow. You will also find pricing on some items to be ridiculous. let use for example Dr Elyse Precious Ultra cat litter 40 lb which you can buy almost anywhere for $17-$19 dollars but they are selling for $28 for the SAME STUFF SAME SIZE 40 LBS.

Ordered 2 cases of food. The shipping box had no additional packing so they tore a large hole in the box. First time I have ordered so don't know if an oversight or bad practice.

My experience was overall good. The only problem is that I was expecting my shipment to get to me before I ran out of the food I had and because of some "warehouse out of stock" problem I didn't get the food until the following week and had to buy something else until the shipment arrived.
