I have reported on my recent experience and never heard back. Will I hear back now? Dog food was left at the basement door, not the front door. It was left at a place I had difficulty getting to. On top of that I was home at the time

I regularly order Canine Caviar Venison tripe by the case. The shipping department does not package it adequately to protect the cans from denting AND rolling around in the shipping box smashing the pill pockets and destroying the treats. I have contacted Pet Flow numerous times regarding this issue. They are always kind enough to send replacement product (which is equally dented) or this last time, I requested a refund. My level of frustration is maxing out. I do not feed my family or my pet product from a dented can. This cannot be a difficult problem to correct.

Never got an order confirmation and never recurve my order.

I was supposed to get a $10.00 credit by using a referral link, but the credit never appeared despite several attempts. Seems like a sneaky thing to do to get potential new customers. Please don’t fall for this trick.

I ordered this the end of January it wasn't until February 6 that I received an email I was wondering what happened to my order. It way to long won't be ordering again.very dissatisfied.

Their prices are similar to Chewy and other websites, but unlike those websites autoship orders cannot be cancelled online. You have to call them with the order number during business hours.
