BEWARE! When you set up an auto-ship, they will not let you cancel from your account. They make you "pause," and change your ship date to a later date, so it's not a true pause. They won't let you delete your credit card info since they moved your ship date vs. canceling the auto-ship. You have to reach out to customer service to cancel. I am still waiting to hear back from them. This is shady business. Chewy lets you cancel with ease from your account with no hoops to jump through. I DO NOT recommend using them. Not worth the hassle.

First time ordering from PetFlow and it didn't go well. Placed and order for two bags of dog food using my address of 20+ years and a payment method that I've used online for years. No updates from PetFlow regarding my order until I email them where I received "Fraud Prevention Team suggested we do not fulfill this order and the order has been canceled" and suggested I submit a new order. Ended up buying local.

I thought your company could do better than Chewy.com. BOY was I wrong. It took over 2 weeks to receive 1 bag of dog food. I had to go to a pet store and buy a similar food because I was out. I order when I'm 2/3 down the bag it lasts another week. Your shipment kept getting postponed. That is why I will never recommend you or use you again.

I ordered & received an email that there team decided to cancel my order. No reason why.

I have to order prescription pet food for both of my dogs as well as treats, insulin and heartworm protection, all which come with the prescription. It’s all expensive and I shop sales And if I can save money here and there, then it’s worth the research. All of these companies have obtained the prescription details from my vet however, PetFlow using their outside source vetsource only accepted a written emailed prescription from me vs my vet. They refused to call my vet and get authority by phone or fax or email. Unbelievable. It took a week of going back-and-forth via email, telephone calls and a text service to find out that no supervisor could intervene and do anything for me. Had to cancel my order and will never deal with them again. They need to join the modern age and if they ask for all my veterinarian details, then they should be able to get it from my veterinarian who was only too happy to oblige. Thankfully, I only ordered food that wasn’t desperately needed yet, because their poor communication and empty promises went nowhere!

Order cancelled for no reason.

They can make it a lot easier to cancel the service. You can not reduce a future order to zero quantity online. You can not cancel the service online. You can not increase the frequency of the order beyond 16 weeks. I'm up to my elbows in cat food. I have a hearing disability and don't wish to talk to them on the phone. Their prices are higher than what I can obtain locally. What's to like about PetFlow?

Petflow would not refund or replace three severely damaged cans even though I would provide pictures of scan and date information on bottom of cans. I had to call Fromm Company to have severely damaged cans refund processed which was a challenging process. Fromm represented could not believe how badly damaged the cans were in pictures I sent over. I will not shop online at Petflow because if I had ordered cans from PetSmart, Pet Supplies Plus or Petco with stores in area, I could easily return damage cans and they would replace on the spot as in the past.
