Actually zero stars.I ordered cat dry food for my friend in SC .and placed another order for myself.She is in quarantine and a animal rescuer.She is in dire need for cat food.I ordered a week ago and because I called to inquire about my order they informed me that my order was canceled.Keep in mind they send me a notification of sending it out on 24 today 26 I called and my order got canceled today...I got no email while my friend needs cat food!!!!! Brie was very unconcerning and rude.Chewy is the best ever on all levels and very much so in communication and costumer service.Thanks petflow for your service!!!!!!! I asked to speak to a manager but she said that she can't connect me and that she could leave a message and they might get back with me within 24-48hrs.I asked if they could send my remaining order to SC. Brie told me that they can't switch the address because I would loose the order all together.Thanks for the inability to assist in a real emergency situation.It is beyond me and heartbreaking.Needless to say I canceled my remaining order they supposedly were going to ship out tomorrow.....Chewy is the only way to go!!!!! These are rockstar's.

I ordered two 20lb bags of dog food from PetFlow, as I do every six weeks or so (I have four Brittanys). When my last order was dropped off by Fed Ex I came home to find a box with a large puncture and both bags had been punctured by what looked like perhaps a forklift going through the box. I took pictures and called Pet Flow, asked if they wanted me to return it, they said no, they would ship a replacement order (which I thought was outstanding on their part)... I asked what they’d like me to do with the punctured bags and they suggested donating to a shelter (also outstanding), made me proud to be their customer. I explained to the gentleman that I was happy to pay for expedited service on the replacement order, as I was getting low on food and it is not sold anywhere near me locally. He told me he would expedite the order and it would ship that day. That was last Friday. Typically my orders take 4 days to receive, so I anticipated getting it by Thursday of this week. Today, Wednesday, I received a shipment notification. When I tracked it it showed label created today... it hadn’t even been picked up by Fed Ex yet. I called to confirm and it was true, according to the young woman I spoke to, it was just shipping. I told her I couldn’t wait and to please cancel the shipment as I now had to drive over an hour away to a pet store that carries my food. She very rudely, and without apology said she couldn’t stop it but she’d send mea return label and I could take it to a Fed Ex facility to ship back. An apology, some empathy, anything would have been better received then “sorry, you can haul 40lbs of food to Fed Ex”. I won’t be shopping with you again.

I bought prescription dog food from your sight because you had it in stock. That's been a week and a half ago... No communication.... No food... Will never buy from you again since you aren't honest about in stock quantities. I called your line and they said it's back ordered and there is no way I can cancel it!!?? Ridiculous!!

Dishonest and ZERO Customer Service. I placed an order for prescription dog food on 3/17, but due to a change by the vet, I called to cancel it 5 hours later. I spoke with Sasha, I believe, who said the cancellation was not an issue. She did not give me a number but said the order status would be changed to "cancelled." I looked at my account online, and the status immediately was changed. PetFlow apparently failed to notify the manufacturer/shipper of the cancellation though. When the vet approved the prescription at 5pm on 3/18 (30 hours AFTER I'd canceled the order), the prescription approval overrode the cancellation, and the food was shipped. I called PetFlow when I received the shipping notification on 3/20 and spoke with Matthew. He said he saw the cancellation in the system and that he'd reroute the shipment and refund my money. The box showed up on 3/21. When I notified PetFlow, they said I could not return the food or receive a refund because the dog food had been shipped by Royal Canin, despite their failure to notify the manufacturer timely. Do yourself a favor and stick with Chewy.com, who has AWESOME customer service.

I placed my order on the 17th and was told it would ship on the 18th. It is now the 22nd and my order still has not been dropped off at FedEx. The website says there could POSSIBLY be 1-2 days delay in sending out orders. They did not say it would be a 4+ day delay. There are a select few places I can order my dog food online and I was very reluctant to order from this company with a number of already negative reviews. However, since individuals in my household have underlying health conditions we cannot risk leaving our home to go and track down dog food during this pandemic. My dogs are now out of food, with no estimated delivery date. I contacted customer service and explained my situation. She told me she would check the status of my order tomorrow. No other help provided. I will never order from this company again and I would not recommend them to anyone even in the most desperate of circumstances.

My order still has not arrived. Terrible service.
