Great customer service

I received this fast but the package was all torn up and smashed but luckily it didn't affect the product.

I ordered the frontline for 50lbs. My vet denied bc my dog is a puppy and will be growing fast. So I order the 50-100. Pharmacy calls to ask why since I have my dog listed at 45 lbs. Had they looked in the system about the first getting denied I wouldn't still be waiting. Way too much hassle.

My pets love the buffalo ears I ordered from Petflow.com - which is the only place I get them from. This is my second order from them and during the first order I had a bad experience - items out of stock all of a sudden (not the buffalo ears) and my shipment delayed because they had to send it from another warehouse. I thought this time would be different but it wasn't. I received a message that my order would be delayed because they were out of stock and had to be shipped from a different warehouse. One time, ok it happens, but now it seems to be a regular occurrence regardless of the product. I have to say that overall their prices are great and seem to be the cheapest most of the time especially with their different sales going on all the time. All of the treats I have purchased from them have arrived as described and my dogs love them. For that they didn't get lower than 3 stars. I just hate the hassle that comes with buying from them because they can't seem to update their inventory with the site and have to delay shipments which can be missing items because they just weren't in stock at all.

The products were nice, cheaply made though not worth the price paid for some of the cat toys, the dog treats are worth the money. Recieved my package in a timely matter.

I was impressed with how quickly I got the cat food, but several of the cans were dented. I don't buy dented cans for myself, so why would I for my cats. I love that I can pay with PayPal

My order was messed up twice. Half of the order missing the first time. When I received the second half of my order, there was an item missing. I know these mishaps happen from time to time, but this wasn't hard.

I ordered for the first time to get some special dog food and added in several treats, but they did not notify me that they were out of stock on the food until after everything else had shipped. Never got food and would not have ordered if I knew that they did not have it, but the dogs enjoyed the treats
