Good website, quick delivery. Kind of heavy handed in their approach to signing you up for recurring delivery. I would give it five stars if they dialed that back somewhat.

Service and products are great - but the website is soooo slow and frequently frustrating to navigate. And once you have an autoship account, it is the next thing to eternal life next to death and taxes, without having to call someone to cancel the danged thing. Or keep logging in to change the ship date so far out, you don't worry about accidentally having something you don't want, shipped! Shipping and costs are excellent, and I will continue to use PetFlow in the future...sometimes, just frustration.

Bag was broken upon arrival, but that is really FedEx. No autoship discount on Fromm is lame.

Loove dealing with PetFlow--only wish I could have one account where my dog food order and ca food order could be together. Now they can't because of the difference in when I need them. Oatherwise I love PetFlow.

I entered a change of address when ordering but for some reason it didn't go through. Luckily someone contacted me to tell me the order had been delivered there. It was soaked through from rain. I then called to make sure the address change was made. I feel that I should have at least been offerred a partial refund as not all the dog food was useable. I had to toss it as it was mush. Normally I get great service!

Mostly good with one exception! I love Petflow. My favorite feature is that I can set up my cats' food to automatically reorder itself. Every 10 weeks they automatically send me a new bag of dry cat food, as well as my cats' treats. I have never had a problem with billing, shipment, or customer service. The only drawback to PetFlow is the ordering of canned food. My cats rotate through 4 different flavors of cat food. Unfortunately, the only way I can order canned cat food is by the case, and variety packs are not an option in the flavors of food my cat eats (my male cat is prone to UTI's and cannot have seafood based cat foods). This means that in order to rotate their food, I have to purchase 4 cases of cat food, one in each flavor, which is expensive and inconvenient. I would definitely recommend Petflow.

I think the prices and shipping time is good, but the two times that I have order the "Natural Balance Original Ultra Reduced Calorie" canned dog food, there have been at least 6 cans that are dented and damaged. Not sure why that is because when I receive the box, the box is in good shape. It appears that the canned food is damaged before the plastic wrap is applied before shipping.????

I have several online pet food companies that I order from, and I use PetFlow a lot. The prices are usually competitive, and the shipping is fast!
