My 3 bags of Fromms Gold have just been thrown out in the garbage. We began to notice many very small ants around the area where we place my dog's dinner bowl. My dog finishes her meal right away so the kibble doesn't sit around. The ants have been appearing for days now. We checked the bag of food and found there to be many tiny white dots on the kibble but no active ants....we are assuming these dots were ant eggs. We have never seen this before...we have always purchased our kibble at a local family owned pet store but because of this coronavirus decided to order it online....never again. I was hoping we had found an easier way to shop but I was wrong. I feel you should credit us for the 3 bags of food as we only used it for 3 or 4 meals and 2 of the bags have never been opened. Tried to cancel an order that had not been filled in 10 days. Called Petflow and they said to call Royal Canin. Royal Canin said they cancelled the order on 3/24 yet Petflow had not cancelled the order still on 3/31. Petflow said they had not received the cancellation but the cancellation is sent electronically. Petflow should have offered to look into this but did not.

PetFlow sent the food to the wrong address.

Your prices are outrageous ! I can buy a 10lb bag of Cannidae dog food at my local pet store for 21.99, when I ordered from you it was $42.00 I cancelled my order and won't be using this company again.

Poor customer service. In light of the COVID-19 virus, I understand delivery times are delayed; however, the lack of communication from Petflow has only reinforces why I don't shop from Petflow.

ordered very important dog food at a critical need expecting to receive my order. Unfortunately you could deliver a royal was out..you should have put on your web site back ordered or unavailable. this created a large health problem for our dog

Item took way to long to arrive. We normally order from Chewy.com but they were out of stock so we tried Petflow.com. They took forever to verify the prescription with the doctor therefore delaying the item being received. Luckily we went to a Petsmart and they had the item. Much more expensive but we had no choice because our dog needed food.

Can’t get m prescription food for my dog. Have had my cry’s office call and email buy my order is still stuck on verifying prescription.
