Easy, quick, and competitive pricing (vs chewy) only reason not 5 stars is because shipping wasn't free when I ordered along with the introductory first time discount.

Very happy with the selection of products. Also, excellent customer service when I called in to address a faulty shipping delivery experience whereupon I was quickly compensated with replacement products. However, I would like to bring to attention that the packaging and/or delivery method still needs improving as I still found slight litter spill upon opening the replacement package as well.

Telephone customer service rep was great and very helpful. Pharmacy that requests scripts needs to follow up or correct because the requests weren't going over to the office for refill and I had to have receptionists call the number to get the request again. Also I ordered c/d stress and regular and only received the regular. Don't know who was responsible for that but it has been rectified. My cat will be on this diet forever so I need to make sure this will continue smoothly.

Easy to find products, easy checkout. Four stars because no shipping estimates, I would like to know when to expect the item.

PetFlow has reasonable prices and they ship quickly. They also stock the high-level brands this very picky cat-owner feeds her very picky cats. My one complaint is that they don't always pack things well and items arrive slightly damaged.

Excellent choices and service. However, when ordering prescription food, I have to mail in the prescription and it seems to take a very long time to get my order.

My order fell close to a 3 day weekend so it took longer than I expected. I am using PetFlow because Chewy's was bought by PetSmart and I disagree with their policies regarding selling pets. I do wish that PetFlow would not use plastic air filled bags to cushion their orders but switch to paper,for easier recycle.

Fairly quick shipment. Reasonable prices. Free shipping on orders over $49. Though all shipments have had damaged or distressed boxes. Delivery times are not consistent.
