Missing an item. Would be good if I had gotten the whole order.

I normally order the standard size foreign manufactured Bully sticks and was very satisfied with him. I ordered the US manufactured Bully Sticks and found them to be significantly thinner. The pictures of the US Bully sticks were not accurate and there was no indication that they were much thinner than the foreign Bully Sticks. Will not purchase the US Bully Sticks again.

My package was a gift from an old friend. When my T shirt arrived it was literally ripped in half. I called and sent it back.bHopefully this will be resolved.

I love the service and online price with free shipping but.......I bought a large bag of dog food for our little maltese and you system would not let me select an autoship date for when we would have used the present supply. Are we now screwed???

I was so happy to have found the pet safety light on your sight. I ordered 5 of them for my dogs hoping it would make our walks safer. I was told I would have the product in 3 days. Needless to say it was 10 days before the product arrived. Calling customer service was less than a satisfying or helpful experience. I was given 3 different responses as to why it was taking so long to receive the product. Ultimately, I was told nothing could be done about the delay in shipping. At this point I was just grateful to have finally gotten them hoping it would be safer yo walk my dogs in the dark. The instructions say to press the button on both sides of the safety light. I had one hell of a time getting the button to depress and turn on. Once they were on it was a struggle to turn them off. I would have returned all of them but the shipping costs more than the product did initially. Overall I'm dissatisfied with product & customer service. I will be looking at other websites hoping to find a better product and better customer service.

Received the wrong dog food. I ordered Orijen Six Fish, but received a chicken variety.

I ordered these lights for all my dogs. I run the dogs at night and before first light. One of the lights didn't work at all. Another shuts off after about 30 seconds. Still another shuts off if the dogs run or shake it in any way. A good concept and nice design. Just one problem, what good are they if they shut off by themselves. I now know why they were closing them out at a cheap price. You get less than you pay for seeing as they don't work, they are worth nothing. Glad I tried them out on a light walk, rather than needing them and finding out then.
