Pet flow is convenient and reliable. It's a little costly but the convenience makes it worth it

Petflow.com is great. My only problem is when prices go up on an autoship item, I am not notified ahead of time before the next shipment. Also they take the autoship money out of your account the day BEFORE your scheduled shipment (I was under the impression it didnt come out until the day OF the autoshipment, I may have misread it, or misunderstood terms ). Other than those 2 mishaps, my autoshipments are ALWAYS on time, my order is always correct and when I called customer service about the price issue they were beyond friendly and helpful. They were also very apologetic for not notifying me of the price change and discounted my order for the inconvience. In August of this year (2017), It will be 1year that I have been receiving my auto shipments from petflow.com. I have to say that overall I am one Happy and satisfied customer.

I appreciated the fast shipping, even though I didn't meet the minimum purchase threshold to get the "free" shipping. Still, I needed it quickly and it came in 2-3 days.

Your service is great and selection is good, but the problem with being an online vendor is that it's very easy for your customer to compare prices-- and you are considerably more expensive on products I use daily so I 've used other vendors for primary, recurring purchases, e.g. Kitten Attract Kitty Litter.

Received Prescription diet for my cats on time but it took over a week to get 2 cat toys. That seemed a bit long to me
