I ordered dog food that requires a prescription. I chose the vet from your drop downlist and was told days later that the vet said my dog wasn't a patient. I checked with the vet and they were never contacted. At the vet, I purchased the dog food for $5 cheaper and didn't have to pay shipping. The dental treats I ordered came quickly and were reasonably priced. However, I will probably not use PetFlow again. It is simpler to get the food at the vet's office.

I did receive the order very quick. It would be hard to rate the service when I lost almost a bag of dog food.

First time order and it was delayed almost a week because on back order. Also the discount codes are so limited to the auto ship options, kind of a bummer.

After I ordered, I discovered lower prices elsewhere. When I went online to cancel the autodelivery, I was told I couldn't do it online. I have to call customer service. So they don't make it easy to opt out of autodelivery. I find that a bit sneaky.

I wasnt too thrilled on the fact that Vetsource and you have not clicked as fast as u had mentioned within 1-2 business days for me to receive the dog feed. I had waited over a week for it. My dogs were very sick.. and it was too long of a wait. it seemed that they liked the food but its much too expensive if i wanted to do a monthly order. I usually purchase 35 lb bag for 40 dollars and get change back. Thats all natural "nutromax". U wanted twice as much for I/D product. The reasonable price would be at 60 not 95 dollars for a 35 lb bag. I m talking about the ingredients that are not as expensive as u would like to claim it to be its all about the extreme profit.. the almighty dollar. Now theres MOST middle class than there are the RICH class. U would only get so much from them. Not all the rich class would order it regularly. Now think about it.. u would make alot more money in a shorter time with that said, u would have your way with the middle class folks that can only afford so much. Disappointed in such extreme cost. Im on a fixed income, im deaf with 2 hearing dogs. I can barely afford treats as is. Let alone feed myself. I place them before myself. I love them more than life itself. I would gladly pay 60 dollars a month for them. For every purchase of 50 dollars should have a free bag of treats! Which i did see one.. and had it on Saved page. Then it disappeared! I was going to get the 35 lb bag with a free bag o treats. But u claimed that you dont know anything about it.

Have ordered cat products 4 times and 2 times have had problems. First time sent wrong item second time short shipped 3 pcs.

Love your femur bones, and so does my Boerboel! I was disappointed with the pet rug for the feeding station.

I hope I get a response to my review. There are several things that aren't clear to me. I did receive my discount on first order via ZakGeorge. Worked great. According to the site I spent enough for free shipping and on the side of the box it said free shipping. I was charged for shipping. Although I love this convenience (I am a senior citizen and disabled) and the scheduling worked perfectly, it doesn't cost me nearly the shipping in gas to go pick it up myself and I don't think I can justify the additional expense of shipping for the convenience.
