PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I was disappointed in the spoiled rotten box for cats. I feel some people prefer dogs to cats. I feel Pet Flow sure does. My cats did not care for the two toys that came in the box. Smokey didn't like the treats either or the large can of cat food. Smokey did like the grooming brush that was in the box. I'm going to give Pet Flow another chance with January's spoiled rotten box and see if my cats like it. If Smokey doesn't like anything in January's box then I'm going to cancel my future orders.

I BUY A $ 1.99 SOMETHING FOR MY DOGS , AND THE S/H WAS $ 4.99 ...CRAYZY...

I switched over to Petflow. Liked the service, website etc but don't like receiving dented cans each time I order. In the food business, we can not serve anything from dented cans because of the risk of bacterial infections. I love my pet so I feel I would put her at risk too. I have ordered from you all twice. Not sure I will again because of either your lousy packing OR you sell dented cans as a Standard Operating Practice. The first time I blew it off but this last order really put me off. Now that I have read more reviews I KNOW it is your SOP. Pamela

Nothing wrong with Petflow, but the company they use for shipping is terrible My last (2) orders of canned dog food were smashed and heavy dented. You would have to see it to believe it. No problem with dry food. If I am correct is is FEDEX that delivered both times

It was a bad first experience with Petflow since they delivered a huge bag of BLUE dog food and a 20lb bag of kitty litter Feline PINE to my billing address which is an office, not to the designated Shipping Address! It sat there for days before I was informed by some rather irate office staff. I talked to one person at Petflow Customer Service about their mix up and she said she would make sure it would be picked up from the office was sent to the correct address. A week later office personnel said the shipment was still there! The Petflow person HAD NOT followed through and all that time was wasted. The next person I spoke to handled the matter and made sure the first shipment was picked up in the office and a new shipment sent out to the correct shipping address asap. One cannot afford to wait for one's dog food, Let us see what happens on my second shipment.

It has been difficult getting our order on a schedule. We received the original order. Apparently, someone picked an incorrect vet service without checking with us, and there was no further shipments. When we gave the info, it was ignored. We finally got the info to the correct person and received another shipment. When time for the third shipment, none arrived. I contacted PetFlow and they said nothing had been shipped, thinking there must have been a problem when contacting the vet. A shipment was sent and has arrived. I am hoping that we are now on your shipping schedule, but that waits to be seen.

I ordered 30 lbs of dog food to be shipped to a friend in another city. I was very specific on the order that I was paying for the purchase, but it was to ship somewhere else. The food was delivered to me instead. Called your office. The customer service person assured me that Fed Ex would come pick up the box the next day and get it to the proper destination. Fed Ex picked it up the next day, and delivered it back to me the following day! Another call to your office, and Fed-Ex came again (four days had elapsed since I entered the order). This time the package reached the intended destination. But it took a lot of phone calls and time. I am not happy with the service. If you were me, would you order from your company again?

I am surprised at the condition of the pet glow. I understand they were on supersale, but I didn't expect them to be dead.
