I generally use the website to order my pups dog food and I believe it is very easy to navigate. Once I place my order, it's only a few days until I receive it and the best part is the shipping is free. Can't beat it!

PetFlow always has the food my dog loves and a great selection of variations that I give her along with her kibble. Their prices are fair and their shipping is excellent. I can count on delivery within 3 days of when I order.

Prices are the most affordable (we have eight rescues), delivery was fast, PetFlow is our new go-to.

I've ordered twice from here now for my girls' cat food and both experiences were good. The first came without a hitch and I enjoyed the decent discount that I was able to use. This is one of the few places that carries and ships Nutrisource. I didn't do auto-ship at the point. I ordered again just recently, did do auto-ship and got an even better discount for the first one. When I got my bags (ordered two to take the best advantage of the discount and make sure I got free shipping) one was ripped (box wasn't damaged so had to have been before shipping). I called customer service, didn't wait more than a minute, and got a very nice gentleman (forgot his name unfortunately) who listened patiently and expressed sincere concern for the state of my order. He said he'd like to send another bag at no charge and asked if that would be acceptable, and of course I said yes, surprised at the quick offer to make it 100% right. They got it out quickly and I just got it today. My only negative feedback is their price on the dog food. So, I had to research dog food again and, shockingly, found a good quality food at Walmart that doesn't adversely affect our dogs, including our Boxer who have a tendency for hypersensitive stomachs. It's almost $20 a bag less so unfortunately won't be buying their food here.

Easy to order, even prescription items. Fast delivery and company is receptive to solving a problem if one crops up. I am so pleased how this company is run! Thank you!
