I like the website and the product I ordered was available. I just wish I had the option of getting the item quicker then stated.

When I can manage to do business with them, they work great!! Their prices are typically competitive (at worst), and often better than Amazon and other competitors. Unfortunately, I often find that I cannot do business on their website... for some reason, various buttons on the site just won't do anything, and this typically prevents me from completing my order. And *no*, I have not tried contacting technical support, though I *have* sometimes tried other browsers (my standard browser is Firefox, when it doesn't work, I try Chrome, then Opera; I have several ad-blockers on Firefox, but none on the other two browsers, but that has never made any difference when I have trouble with this site.).

I wish the recurring orders could be scheduled further out.

Relatively easy to shop at Petflow and recent improvements make re-ordering much easier now. Shipping is very quick. Good selection. Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I have been able to get lower prices at jet.com on some cat food and cat litter I buy. Having auto reorder help save, too.

customer service is great. there have been a time fedex delivered my mail to a totally different address (different house number an street name) and i called petflow and they sent another package free of charge (luckily the person who received my package drove to my house to give it to me, bless her heart, but petflow had already re-shipped). And another time my bag of food and the mailer it came in had been sliced open by fedex. again, i was sent another package free of charge. they dont even ask for photos, which i wouldnt mind providing. My only complaint is the way they have autoship setup. you cannot delete an autoship order yourself, you have to call or email support. sometimes my cats eat the food faster, sometimes i have enough amazon regards to buy their food for only $5 on amazon as opposed to the $15+s&h on petflow. sometimes i decide to try a new organic grain free brand that has stellar rating thinking for sure my kiddos will love it so i get a small bag on autoship- and they wont even taste it. Situations change.

Very convenient and prices aren't bad. Wish there were the same coupons for one-time deliveries as there were for auto deliveries.

I have to order Fromm dog food for my french bulldog, Xena. She has such a sensitive stomach that everything else I've tried with her makes her very sick and gives her horrible, uncontrollable diarrhea, rapid weight loss, and dehydration. After reading lots of forums online I found a group of frenchy moms with the same struggle, they suggested Fromm Chicken Ala Veg dog food. I later found out that Xena is allergic to a certain kind of grain, found in a lot of major dog food brands. I live in central Minnesota, and the only place to purchase Fromm dog food is on Interstate 35W in Minneapolis (3 hours away from my residence) at a little pet store, where it is IMPORTED from Wisconsin state. To be able to order it online and have it delivered right on my doorstep in a timely manner is so crucial to Xena's health, diet, and well being. Im so glad i found petflow.com who sells Fromm dog food for a decent price, although i will suggest a slightly larger discount for the quantity of food purchased along with better shipping prices. (i.e. the more pounds of food purchased the more discount on shipping or the bag itself) Thank you guys for making it an easy task for me to acquire the only food my dog is able to eat.
