your link to paypal is flawed. i want to choose which payment option thru paypal i want. your website does not allow this. i have reported this 3 times during past purchases and you have neither responded nor fixed this issue. also, the last order had 6 smashed cans of dog food, because the shipping box was over stuffed. what a mess to clean up. contacted customer service and expected them to ship 6 cans of replacement dog food but months later.....nothing. i will be looking at other pet food sites for my next order.

I ordered Hills RX J/D prescription food. It wasn't until after I paid that I got a message that said. "On hills prescription food it might take an additional 5-8 days for delivery due to get confirmation through vet source" or something to that nature. After 8 days I contacted my vet after receiving an email from vet source saying they couldn't reach my vet. My vet said they were never contacted by vet source, they asked for vet sources phone number. It's been almost 3 weeks and still no food. In the mean time I had to buy food from the vet, which completely defeated the purpose of going through Petflow. I will try it again on this next round to see if it goes any smoother.

The product seems fine and arrived in a reasonable time. But the ordering experience and followup are awful. I began by entering all my personal data. Then I placed a one time order. The page never loaded with the "pending" circle rotating indefinitely. Two email requests for help yielded routine boilerplate answers. (Try a different browser. Try reentering the order. Etc.) Calling the help number, I was directed to reenter the personal data in the permanent account. To require that is a ridiculous system shortcoming as is the failure to mention it in the email exchange. Now I am being inundated with multiple emails to the point I have identified PetFlow.com as SPAM to keep the inundation from my inbox. I haven't decided to unsubscribe but am considering it. I just don't know. It seems to be a good product at a good price. But is it worth the irritation?

I like the selection, and the turn around time is excellent for the price, but seriously...WAY too many emails from the site.

I must admit, I am very dissatisfied with my last two orders of dry dog food from you. In both cases, each one being a month apart you sent me an email that said your regular shipper is on back order and that it would take longer. It did 4 days longer, almost ran out of food. I am going to stop buying from you and just go back to picking it up locally, not worth the worry. You should let your customers know at time of purchases about back orders, I would have canceled order. Good luck. Dissatisfied customer

The process was convienent but you guys advertise 2 day shipping and it took 6 days to get our food. We placed our order based on the 2 day shipment, then we had to go out and buy more food.

I use Petflow to buy the chew bones that my dogs all enjoy, as well as treats for my cats. I did completely cancel my auto ship (you have to call to do it) because it was virtually impossible to change what was in your order and delete and add products. You have to go one place to one thing and another to do the other, and no matter what I did I was unable to do the deleting and substituting. Highly do not recommend using this company's auto ship feature.
