For the most part, we were very satisfied with Pet Flow. Fast shipping and good prices. However, 2 of the 5 bags of dog food that we ordered came damaged.

I switched to Petflow after Champion Pet Foods halted distribution through Chewy. They had the food for same price and free shipping, and the Internet purchase process was equally as good. Stuff was delivered quickly and in good condition. Only reason not 5 stars is that I think 5 stars should be reserved for those with longer history of providing great service, and this was the first one for me. Will amend if quality is consistent over a longer period of time.

Reliable, on time, competitive pricing, but I do not know why the past three orders for case lots of can dog food always have come banged up!!! Hard to open

Fantastic company with terrific customer service! Items were mailed very quickly and arrived safely. My only issue is that some of the prices were a bit high for a few of the products, otherwise I am overall very satisfied with this fantastic company and look forward to continuing business with them in the future.

Ordered 3 large bags of dry dog food, kibble bags arrived damaged in damaged boxes 📦 , fedex dropped the boxes near the gate under the bushes in the dirt, by the time we picked them up all bags were covered with ants. Called customer service right away, person on the phone was very helpful and efficient, instructed us to throw away the contaminated dog food and replaced the order for us immediately. Within 2 days the new food arrived. The boxes 📦 (in which the dog food bags are shipped) were again damaged but the bags inside were in good condition. My recommendation for PerFlow to have their dog food packaged a bit better (like Chewy does) and have the shipping company handle their products with more care.

I love the ease of ordering and the speed of delivery. I also love the great selection of pet products. The reason I gave PetFlow a 4 star rather than a 5 star is that it is very difficult to cancel a recurring order. I have had several recurring orders and will never do another. When you want to cancel, you cannot do it online. You have to CALL their customer service and get a sales pitch about why you should not cancel. So great for ordering, not so great for recurring orders if you ever need to cancel.

The only complaint I really have is that I get my tracking information the day after I already received it. Other than that, PetFlow is quick and reliable when I need to order my prescription cat food.

Great products, cheap prices and very fast shipping. My only complaint is some of the item descriptions could be a bit more in depth.
