Email order conformation said product would be shipping on 03/23/20. It's now 04/17/20 and still nothing. I've called 4 times and been told the warehouse is waiting for a shipment. Was told the order couldn't be cancelled because it's still an active request at the warehouse. They originally stated that after 2 weeks if an order hasn't shipped an order is automatically cancelled and an immediate refund issued. Still no product or refund!

I tried to order a prescription diet food for my dog. I was called and said that I needed a veterinarian prescription. No problem, because I am a licensed veterinarian, right???? NOPE!!!! I was told that I cannot order a prescription diet for my dog EVEN THOUGH I am a licensed veterinarian........Petmeds.com filled my order. Thank you very little......

Order was canceled. Really out of dog food? When I placed the order you website said it was “in stock”. Weeks went by as w3 waited before you cancelled our order. Still weeks later no dog food.

I had to order kidney diet dog food. The vet office is an hour away and in another state. With the current COVID situation, I did not want to take the drive just for a bag of food. I thought it would be easy to order it online. Wow, no it wasn't. Pet flow said they couldn’t get a hold of the vet. And then the story changed to the office wasn’t responding to them. I called the office twice in the 6 day span and reached them immediately, both times with no problem. The office told me they had not received anything requesting approval, but petflow said the office was not responding to them, when the vets office was awaiting it and had not gotten any contact from petflow. I’ve known the vets for about 30 years. So I tend to trust their office more than the excuses from petflow. Terribly disappointing.

Been over a week and haven't received any shipping information or details on my order, I have no idea when it is expected to arrive, and when I reached out to customer service I haven't heard back in over 3 days. The lack of communication is the frustrating part. Not ordering from here again.

Product was advertised as being available/in stock on your web page. I needed this rx dog food as I was very low. I ordered and waited. It did not arrive, so I called. The product was never available. The source was even out of the product. Your customer service rep. confirmed this. Due to your false advertising, I was left in a panic! signed: Unsatisfied Customer.

I have no information about the status of my order or at what matter of contact the business has had with my Vet regarding the purchase of food. This is my first experience with this company and it seems to be taking longer than with Chewy. I’m frustrated.

prices and shipping price too high. if we were not in a pandemic i could have purchased same cat food at half the price, at a local store. because you were the only place that seamed to have food available in a reasonable time (at least that was what i thought when i purchased). the package was not shipped when they said it was, but an additional 2 days later. putting purchase to ship time at 6 days, then 3 more days in shipping.
