i am so pleased for this website i find it has great savings and the delivery is on point . i don't have to wait to long for my order to arrive.

GREAT service. Exceptionally fast turn-around. Orders are shipped the following day with normally 1 day delivery. Very good selection of items, and there is a "chat" person with ansers if you have a question. Only objection is that they advertise a special discount and then deny it on certain products (Acana for one). Other than that, they are very easy to deal with. My son also uses them exclusively.

Easy order and fast delivery for pet food

First order with PetFlow and it has been a great experience. Had problems with my cc not working when I first ordered and it took a couple of tries to get them to stop trying to run the card and cancel the order. Besides that the shopping cart was easy to use, not as good in the "search" feature as other online stores I have used but not as bad as others, good selection of products and nice turn around for shipping. Will I use them again? Absolutely. Will I recommend to other? You bet! Thank you PetFlow for donating to a great cause while providing a good customer experience.

Not unhappy, understand a business has to make money and cannot give things away at cost. Only issue I have Is the amount I Have to spend to get free shipping. Other than that I am Pleased. John

Being a Chewy customer I got faster delivery and faster updates as far as the notification from my bank account of the transaction. Chewy delivers next day and sometimes the 2nd day. I get a notification right away when the money is taken from my bank account, with Petflow it takes almost a day. But you do carry Fromm that I need for my dog plus your prices are actually the same as Chewy.

Website easy to use, products arrived timely; however, the box was damaged; i.e., not securely taped. Also no shipping order copy enclosed.
