I have no problem with Pet Flow or my order. My problem stems from the use of Fed Ex to deliver the order. The package was not left at the front door. It was left at the bottom of the six steps to the porch. Leaving a 71 year old woman with bad balance to try to figure out how to even get the package to the porch itself. If PetFlow continues to use FedEX to ship their packages to me and Fed Ex continues to refuse to leave my packages on the actual porch I will have to look elsewhere to order my dog food to have it delivered to my home. Yes, I tried to communicate with FedEX and I got no where with the company. Customer service doesn't seem high on their operating culture.

Pet flow is always amazing!! My autoships are done every month. When I had a shipment that came up missing they replaced it immediately. When I've had to change my dates on my auto ship very easy to do online. Also I'm not very tech savvy so when I've had problems trying to change something they got right back to me immediately. I love pet flow It takes care of all my animal needs..

Ollie really likes this stuff. Disappointed about not getting a duck, though.

They sent my order but it was wrong. The resent my order to me and it was correct. They said keep the product or donate. I don't have cats so I donated the litter to the animal shelter. I thought that was very nice
