So far have my brand of dog food. Easy to order and fast shipping. A little more for treats then old online pet supplier.

My order was handled very well but Fedex was a disgrace. They did not deliver on the date they said they would and we were planning a trip and had to delay our departure by one day. Very inconvenient! Sue P

Everything delivered as promised. I wish it was as fast a delivery as Chewy.com, but I found PetFlow to have a better selection of the items I was seeking.

make all those advertising e-mails go away. I am not interested. I buy what I want and need from you and that could change if you don't stop harassing me with unwanted junk mail. I have done all the things you have asked to unsubscribe and still they come. You could get 5 stars if you confined your contact to things I need to know like a heads up a week before shipping my next order.

Have started using PetFlow since Chewy.com is unable to sell Fromm anymore. I have two constructive criticisms and have to say that your competitor Chewy excelled in these areas: First I have called multiple times where your phone rang 9 minutes plus and no answer. Hang up, call back and same all over! Second, I was getting food in one day since they have a warehouse in Dallas, with PetFlow it's 3 days! Both of these issues are important to me! Otherwise, once I manage to get someone on the phone they are quite pleasant.

I appreciated the user friendly website and the prices, as well as the availability and variety of products. The only thing that I would like to see improve would be the expediency of shipping.
