They're great, have no complaints about their service. Would give them 5 stars but they send me 1 or 2 emails a day. I keep unsubscribing, but every time I place an order I'm back on the email list again. Very annoying!

I am happy that they are one of the few vendors that carry NutriSource. It's the only food my dogs have eaten. I love it. I was a bit disappointed when I received my package and the bottle of shampoo had busted open inside the box. Well I mean it was put in a box with 30 pounds of dog food. I would only expect that. Wish this would have been package more safer or came separately. Next time I'll place orders separate or have to buy in store. It was a bottle wasted, not too happy about that.

Great price fast shipping

Good price for the Fromm dog food and treats-and I was able to get free shipping. Only reason I gave 4 stars was because shipping took 2 days longer compared to a competitor I've used with free shipping.

I was a Chewy customer but I left because of their unfavorable business choices. I had a difficult time trying to find where I would buy my favorite pet food. That is until I found Petflow. I couldn't be more pleased with their selection and prices. Customer service was helpful. I received my order quickly and was neatly packed. I am now a loyal Petflow customer.
