When I initially signed up, delivery was consistently on-time, but for the last several months, there is no telling if my delivery time of 2 days will happen. In fact 3 times, I have waited a week for delivery. I, therefore, have to go out and purchase the food I was expecting to receive 2 days after my established date. I understand inclement weather may have an effect, but 3 times is inefficient. Having called to complain, I am told that my particular brand is shipped from Las Vegas and takes longer to deliver. Well why was I not notified of this, and why didn't you ship the product earlier to deliver 2 days following the established date? At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied and will refrain from recommending you to others as I have in the past.

Ordered two sets of lights 2 Blue & Two Pink they were delivered separately so charge twice on delivery. first set of Blue and Pink work but second set do not work at all.

took 2 weeks to get order and then I was upset on the size of them, I knew they were 6 inches long but did not expect them to be so skinny, did not take my golden long to make it all gone.

I was really excited about PetFlow and I liked that they offer many of the products that I use. The pricing is pretty close to what I pay at the discount store that I normally shop at, but I thought it would be great to buy from PetFlow and have these items delivered...and having to drive to the discount store. My disappointment comes from items that I had in my cart for purchase and when I checked out, certain items were purchased...it seems. When I received my delivery, not only were certain items(case of cat food special deal, LED lights for collars), but my box was opened! I don't what happened and I checked my order, the cat food and LED lights were not on my shipping manifest. I know what I ordered and paid for, I'm not impressed with PetFlow and doubt I'll order again.

Unfortunately, My only problem was with FedEx & delivery took too damm long so I'm very disappointed but not with PetFlow. Im in contact with PetFlow to help with my future orders. Thank you!

I'm sorry to say that the dog food was sour and I did try to use it, my dog did not get sick so I thought the smell would go away. I have it in a closet and if I leave the dog food open it can stink up the whole room. Very disappointed. Last time you replaced the dog food and I sent the rest of the old package to the local animal shelter. Which I was happy about. Sorry customer

Shipping was ok. 1st bag had a 6" gash in it but I wasn't sure if it occurred during shipping. The 2nd bag had bugs in it.
