While the price is very competitive, both orders have had issues with being out of stock causing delays and trips to town for dogfood. The 3rd time be a charm?

Petflow is a great company with great prices. I feel the carrier is not that good. They were late with the delivery. My box was torn and food can was busted. The box smell so bad, I could not bring it inside the house. I washed the cans with smeared food. I did not return because I felt it was not Petflows fault. I do recommend because of the prices. I think they should change the carrier.

Like the selection. Wish the auto ship and options were easier. I needed to do auto ship sooner and that was not easy. I may have ended app with 2 orders.

Your pricing is great! I hope this company continues to grow. Your shipping is very slow compared to Amazon and Chewy. Your website could be easier to navigate. I find the auto ship confusing. And there are several products I use in bulk that you don’t carry: Purina Complete Cat Chow 20lb bags, Naturally Fresh Walnut Cat Litter 40lbs, Friskies Whitefish & Sardine Shreds, and you are frequently out of stock. Anything that can be done to improve the process is appreciated. Thank you for what you do!

Good price and timely delivery. It was confusing to show my shipment as "delivered" when only one of several boxes had arrived. A few cans of food were dented (no worse and maybe a little better than Amazon), one box of cat litter leaked all over the cardboard box it was shipped in. I am planning to order from PetFlow in the future.
