I’m annoyed that despite repeatedly checking the website, Petflow was actually out of the item I ordered and even marked my order as in progress and the chatbot told me it was enroute when it was on backirder.

My vet had Hills Rx Biome wet food on backorder, as we're all other local places and online except for PetFlow. I placed the order and did not receive confirmation of the product being out of stock with your vendor for nearly a week. This was very stressful for me because my 16 y/o Shih Tzu had finally found a food that worked for his digestion. Then I had to start all over with a different brand. Customer service was responsive, but did not provide ms with the answer I needed.

This was my first time using Petflow. I placed an order on a Monday for a prescription dog food. The following Monday I get another email saying the order was canceled as the product was out of stock. Disappointing to have to wait a week to find out they didn’t have the product in the first place even though it showed in stock on their website.

I was told I would be receiving 4 cases of Hills prescription gastrointestinal biome food. My credit card was charged and I was to,d it was ready to ship. I did not receive a tracking email, so I called and was to,d it was out of stock. Why was my card charged and I was told it would be shipped to me and then I have to call to find out they weren’t sending it?

PACKAGING is terrible!!! I have no complaint with anything about Pet Flow BUT when I receive a 25# dry dog food, the box is barely holding together and is obviously a used box, tape wrapped all over it and I'm shocked when it arrives that it is still holding together. Maybe you are saving money but the aesthetics are terrible.

Every time and EVERYTHING on an "Auto ship" requires a call to an off site person to do any kind of change, additions , cancellations. They some how see the need to control this part of their website so as to make it as inconvenient as possible to not spend money with them. I can imagine how many tele-worker positions they could eliminate to just letting the customer manipulate their Auto ship directly from their site.
