60+lbs of cat food and litter sent to the billing, not shipping address. Not the end of the world, but for the hassle I'd rather buy locally...

So, I ordered dog food from Petflow, & asked to have it delivered to our house in Florida, because that's where we are til May. They charged my credit card, and 2 full weeks went by and no delivery. So, I looked on the website, and got the tracking number, and, of course, they delivered it to our house in New England (which is the billing address). SO, I sent them an email via their contact info explaining the problem, and they said they'd have FedEx to our house up north to pick up the package, and then send it to me here in Florida. Which seemed a little back-ass-wards, but, hey, it's their dime. And, of course, ANOTHER week goes by, and still no delivery. So, I called them AGAIN, explained it AGAIN, and guess what? They said, "Ok, we just called FedEx and they're going to go get your package and have it sent to you in Florida." Yeah, because that worked so well the FIRST time they tried it. By this point, there's no guarantee that my package is still AT my house in New England. At which point, they say they'll refund my money. This is why I didn't ask for a recurring delivery, because God only knows when I'd get it! Good thing it's not the only thing my dog eats, or else he'd have starved by now!

I was so excited to get 6 inch Bully Sticks, "regularly $3.99" for just $0.99 cents each. I ordered the max of 25! I have a new pit bull puppy and he needs the chewing activity and the distraction. I have ordered the $3.99, 6 inch, sticks from others and they've always been 1/2 to 1 inch in diameter for around $1.25 - $1.50 each if I shop around for sales. When these finally arrived they were pencil thin to, at most and only a couple of them, 1/2 inch. I would never have paid $3.99 each for these sticks nor would I have purchased this size for anything but a miniature/small breed dog. Yes, he eats them but he consumes them so quickly he doesn't satisfy his chewing needs unless he gets 2 or 3. Not a bargain at all. This ad was inaccurate and deceptive in my view. I won't be back.

I order a laser cat toy that turned out to be quite noisy for both us and the cat. I was not allowed to return it because it had been opened. I had it packed back up EXACTLY as I recieved it. No one could tell, they could have easily resold it. I was told to contact the manufacturer, and I am still waiting after 4 days to hear something.

I will never buy these puppy pads again. They are really bad. I have to use twice as many and they were not a bargain either. The worse I have ever used.

I know most seem to use Fedex, but they don't send packages on weekends, so two weekends are wasted as the package sits there. I am STILL waiting for it to leave Kent WA, it is scheduled to get to me on the 29th. I've waited two weeks for a package to reach me from New Jersey. I can't even review the product.

Dear Friend. don't think I will be ordering from Petflow again. I was suppose to get $11.00 off my oreder if I set up a delivery system which I did, they did not take the $11.00 off, they billed me the full amount even after I called to get this amount taken off. I should really call them, but I am tired of having to argue . So maybe t think twice before you order from them. The amount was off before I hit the send button but after I sent it the price was more..

when the man on the phone asked how can we help we asked for a bag of dog food for free something they only would give is 20 Percent off of the bag of food. Plus our first bag of dog food was lost.
