Didn't come in a timely fashion for my first order. But awesome coupons

I have had great service, my items arrive promptly.

Ordered through Pet Flow as they carry the product I want for my dogs! No issues, order received in stated time, correct upon arrival, will definitely order through Pet Flow again!

Wish they didn't have the high minimum for free shipping. It makes you look around on places like Amazon. The service was good and the dog food I ordered was here in 2 days.

Prices seem reasonable and delivery was fast. I did get some dented cans in my order though. It doesn't seem to have affected the contents, so no big deal. I also noticed when looking for cat trees on their site, there were a lot fewer than some other sites. Mostly my interest is in quality cat food at reasonable prices with prompt delivery so PetFlow seems to fit the bill!

Great service and the right products.

I usually always have great service through petflow.com. However, when they have to send it out from the east coast the timeframe that I receive the order in is significantly delayed. So my only bit of critism would be if they had to send it from across the country then put a message before I purchase the item!

Good selection. Good prices. I wish they had an overall discount so we could choose when and how to use it. They offer promotions on specific items, never when I'm in the market for that item or after I've just purchased it.
