I tried PetFlow for the first time after receiving a discount offer via email. I ordered two cases of cat food and some dog treats. With the discount and free shipping, the price was cheaper than I could buy at the store. The order arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, instead of 2 cases of cat food I got 1 case of cat food and 1 case of dog food. I called customer service and spoke to a human pretty quickly. She said she would send another case of cat food that day and instructions for the pickup of the dog food. I got my order the next day and a missed pickup slip from FedEx. I clef customer service again and told them I never got instructions for the FedEx pickup. Finally got the dog food picked up the next day. So, overall good pricing but they don't seem very organized. I might try again.

I'm a regular PetFlow customer and have been happy with it. Recently, however, I ordered 2 large bags of dog food -- more than $80 -- and the delivery person left them outside in a pouring rain by a side door, instead of on our front porch, which is protected from the elements.

I order lots on A Wednesday and I was waiting for an email to say it was shipped. I never got the email until I called to see why it was still in review, the woman really couldn't tell me why either, she released it and I got it on Saturday. I was a little disappointment but I will buy again. The package come with no problems. I'm hoping my next time goes better.

I order prescription dog food from Petflow and it's getting frustrating that each time I have to edit the order I have to go through the Vetsource prescription verification all over again even though I have ordered the products before. Last time Vetsource dropped the ball and I was stuck with an alternative brand that caused my dog some grief. Not happy. I still don't have the order I place two weeks ago. The prices and discounts are great especially with the heavy price prescription food is, but VetSource needs some major improvements!

I placed two orders. Even though my Vet clinic confirmed the prescriptions promptly, I received an email telling me that Vet Source was having a problem getting the approval. When I called my vet to inquire, they sent the approval, for both orders, a second time. Then I received ANOTHER email telling me that Vet Source was having a problem getting that darn approval. When I contacted PetFlow to find out what the problem was, my question was not answered, but, I was told that my order would be shipping shortly. When I checked my account online it did show that one order was shipped, but, they were STILL trying to verify the script for the second order. Ok. contacted PetFlow, again, and was told it was shipped. That didn't seem correct so again, I inquired. I was told that they had indeed only checked the first order not the second, and since they don't ship over the weekend, the second order would go out the following Monday. Once FedEx got ahold everything moved quickly. To sum up I placed 2 orders on Mon. and Tues of one week and after much prompting and back and forth, I received them on Thurs. and Fri. of the following week. I may try them once more to see how it goes once the scripts have been approved already, because the prices were ok.

We threw our money away, as our dog would not eat the dry food. We kept catching her trying to eat the other dogs food. She is starving herself, so we have decided that we will have to have her eat what she is not supposed to instead of staving herself.

I was tempted to order from PetFlow after getting a 30% off total order offer over Memorial Day weekend. I place my order and waited for order confirmation - which is usually immediate. And waited. After 5 days, I received an email that there was a problem with my credit card and indeed I had entered it incorrectly. Once I put in the correct information, I waited for confirmation. And waited. After several more days, I contacted customer service, who was very nice and helpful. She told me the order had been shipped - but I still had received no email. I received my order 12 days after placing the order. The order was correct and the price paid was below most. With other online stores, I receive the products within 48 hours, and am provided notice of the status of my order at every step. I was expecting the same level of service from PetFlow, since it wasn't provided, I am disappointed with my PetFlow experience .

I can honestly say I haven't had any problem with Petflow.com until I had to change my dogs food to a prescription diet. It has been nothing but a hassle. My account was cancelled because they couldn't verify the prescription for food. This resulted in me having to go to purchase food from my vet and reenrolling in the program. My cans of food have been delivered dented and packaging damaged; now I am not sure if it is a result of disgruntled employees at FedEx or digging out the food at the wear house. I am going to give this one more try and I will go to my online veteranary service instead.
