i wont order them again.

I got the spoiled rotten box for my two dogs, one is a small dog but the other is a large dog. The February box was more for my little dog (so what about my big dog?), but since the chewy was not durable if the large dog gets a hold of it, it will be in pieces. Petflow needs a way you can put how many and what size dog you are getting it for. Shipping was slow, and although it had a tracking number I couldn't track it.

I was so excited to recieve my blinkes for my pup! I had waited and waited for them. When the package finally arrived I ripped it open and saw all of my newly purchased blinkies. Ahh, but one didn't work at all. And then darn, the clasp on one broke the first time we went out of our monring jog. I was soooo disappointed in this product. :( I certainly hope the company reads these reviews and will right this wrong. UPDATE: PETFLOW responded immediately to my email about the two faulty blinkies and assured me that replacement lights would be shipped to me within the next few days. Thank you PETFLOW for assisting! :)

Bought 4 led lights for dogs. One came that didn't work. Called today for another one. The service person says I should have a new one in 2 days....NOT WITH THE WAY YOU SHIP !!!!! I will not order from you again.

I placed an order for three different kinds of dog food. I placed the order because they were offering free shipping. I only received 2. After they sent my order they informed me one of the dog foods was out of stock. If they had told me before the order was sent I could have ordered something else. I have to wait 5 days to get a refund. I emailed them letting them know I was upset. It took 3 days for an answer. When they did answer they said I could order something else with no shipping. Well that was great except I still haven't gotten my refund yet. Also shipping is slow.

Still waiting on most of it...the shipping and customer service are both useless. By the way, "in stock" written on an item in your shopping cart means literally nothing, because everything is constantly sold out and takes 3 weeks to come to you.

Every time I place a order its always late or when I call the customer service reps each one give me a different due date for when I am getting my package. I do nit like people who do not know their job or don't do anything about the problems I have with your company.

My delivery was dropped off and left in the rain. The bottom of the box was so wet it split open when i picked it up. To make matters worse i saw a trail of cat litter part way to my door. NOT good! as the box split open cat little went every where! The cat litter box had a slit/cut along the bottom of it. What a fregging mess! Have you ever tried sweeping up wet cat litter? I had to drag the box in my house do to the rain. It was every where! It seriously took almost two hours to clean up. Every time i thought I had it all i would find more. It was a large box of litter and I lost more than half of it. I had to go to he store and get a bucket to put it in. UGH!!!!!
