So far they've been good. Will give 5 stars if they are consistently good company. Chewy.com started out good, got steadily worse after several reorders.

Hi marks for competitive pricing and fast (super fast) delivery of my order,. Low marks for flooding my in box with emails.

I'm a new PetFlow customer. I used to use Chewy, but switched when Chewy was bought by PetsMart. One of the foods I feed my dog (Orijen) felt that same way and now we are both at PetFlow together. Nice! There's a lot of good to like about PetFlow (good ethics and customer service, quick delivery, and fair prices), but I can't honestly say that the PetFlow web site is as informative as the Chewy web site (there's less detailed product information and fewer product videos...that's why only 4 stars) but I'm getting used to the changes. I certainly don't intend to leave PetFlow because of that. Actually, I kind hope that PetFlow will step it up a notch because I'm sure there are more former Chewy customers, and new customers in general, headed its way.

I thought the delivery time and customer tracking ability was a little slow. This may have happened only because it was my first order and the time of day that I placed my initial order.....I expect delivery will be faster for my second order and tracking information readily available in a timely fashion. The order was received intact and in excellent condition. Thank you.

Decent service and prices. My only wish is that delivery was faster. Years ago I used Petflow and the delivery time was the reason I switched to another pet food delivery company (until they stopped carrying the brands of dog food I used). Now that I'm back I've discovered it's still slow. It takes a good 6 days from the time I order until the time the order arrives. The other company took no more than 3.

The website isn't as easy to navigate and get my auto shipment to ship ahead of schedule than Chewy's website is, so I think that could be improved.

Took a little longer than I thought for order to arrive. Took a few days for order to ship out. Not as fast as chewy.com but Chewy doesn't stock my food anymore. I highly suggest getting orders together and out quicker. I really don't want to have to go to local specialty pet food stores.

Good prices and good customer service, but terrible packaging department. Lucky my cat's food arrive at all with the poor taping job done on the shipping box. Bottom of box was completely open on one side.
