My first delivery was quick and I had a great offer. The second order suckered me into signing up for the auto-ship, because the promo didn't compare to the first one and the cost was higher. I'm assuming no promo is used for future auto ship and I'll end up canceling. Took 4 days to get to me on auto ship compared to the two days when I ordered it last time. It is convenient having it shipped to me, but the pricing is inconsistent.

I got a tracking number that never tracked. After 4 days, I contacted customer service. They were very helpful and apologetic, and the order was shipped the next day. Seems that the packing slip and tracking number were printed, but the order never boxed. Ultimately, some of it shipped from another warehouse, but I almost had to go get dog food at the store before the order arrived. All was taken care of, but if this were to happen again, I would call them sooner,

Delivery slower than other similar companies. When I got prediction of a week to deliver I emailed customer service. They replied and assured me that this was just an estimate and my delivery would be much faster. Nope! It wasn't. Not truthful on top of slower than average.

Your competitors beat you on prices for some of the items you sell, and you do have a problem with your billing. I was double charged after being initially tol there was a problem with checkout and my order didn't go through. The shipment was really fast which was great, and the customer service rep was very helpful in reversing the over-billing, but you need to do some work to make yourselves better than some of the other online pet suppliers

Having to call in to cancel an auto reorder is an unnecessary hassle. I've had several issues with the system that have required me to call in to fix. Prices are decent but the system needs improvement.

I liked the company up until they double billed me . Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund
