Purchased 20 bully sticks. When they arrived they had an odor, so I put them in the garage in a box to air out. After a week I thought they were safe to give to my dog. After he starting chewing on them, getting them wet, it started to smell. I called PetFlow Customer Service who told me that since I opened the bag, they could not take it back! How else was the dog to "try them"? They suggested I donate the bully sticks, which I paid for!!! I then informed the Customer Service person that I would give them a poor review.

We ordered some Blue Buffalo Bones for our Chow puppy, Kula Bear. The order was placed 6 weeks ago, and we still haven't received it! I guess we should go ahead and order some more now, so we'll have them in a couple months..

My dog has always loved duck jerky but she turns up her nose at both of these duck treats. She will not touch them. Total waste of money. Delivery via FedEx was very slow. Must have been 2 weeks from time of order to delivery. Try USPS, I do a worldwide mail order and am very satisfied with their delivery. Fed Ex may be great for urban areas but there is no service in rural areas!

I found the same items on sale at Petsmart after I ordered, and I wouldn't have had to pay as much for shipping as I did my 5 bully sticks. I won't be ordering again.

Ordered five items. Only three available and shipped. Although not charged for the other two, why wasn't I notified at time of ordering? Also, description of one item totally incorrect - item was advertised as dog treat 'strips' when in fact they were rectangular 'biscuits'. Overall I rate this transaction a 3/10. Would not order again.

These were disappointing. They were not a bargain as advertised because they are so thin. We buy these all the time and have never seen them so thin.

Bought a bag of braided bully sticks because my normal supplier was out. Good price and fast shipping, but the bully sticks were very thin and many were half the length they were supposed to be. A few even fell apart when I took them out of the bag.

i ordered some chicken and some rabbit for my cat two weeks ago. only have received the chicken so far and every day my cat asks me why didn't they send the rabbit if you paid for it?
