Hey there... When I recieved my package I was happy that since it was not raining they were just all put into a box on top of eachother with no plastic. But then I noticed one bag was busted all over the other ones. I know you tried but I just wanted to tell ya's. Usually I just throw a piece of duck tape over the ripped parts.

i only bought something one time and can say that it was good . everything was as expected. i cant rate it 5 stars based on one time experience . i would use it again

Got my order four days after ordering online. Switched to Pet flow from another competitor because they no longer carry my dogs' food. Delivery was a little faster with the competitor but I am happy with Petflow & would recommend them to other animal lovers.

Everything is great. The only concern I have is with the piggy braids. Very few stores carry this item. So that lead me to Pet Flow. However Inhave noticed each time the box comes also comes black bugs that are living inside the braids. I shake them out but wonder a bit if the bugs are laying eggs and my dogs are eating them and making them sick.

I recently started ordering from Pet Flow when Chewy was no longer able to sell Fromm products. This site was recommended to me as an alternative. I must admit I was comparing Pet Flow to Chewy in every way. I have only placed one order so far but will order again as long as I am still feeding Fromm. The speed of shipping could be improved as I am used to 1-2 day delivery (from order date) but other than that I did not experience any issues.

Your employees on chat are excellent & very helpful. The 2 last shipments of food were packed very well. No dented or busted cans. My only suggestion of prescription dog food is to offer coupons. Don't know if I can afford to keep spending 150.00 every other month. May need to look for less expensive options. Thank you denise
