PetflowReviews of petflow.com

very good price on halo wet cat food, decent/typical price on swheat scoop litter, fast delivery, free shipping, BUT it shipped by fedex. the fedex driver who delivers to my apartment complex NEVER delivers to my door! i think he is just too lazy to walk up one flight of stairs. so, i had two heavy boxes of food and litter for my cats, WHICH I ORDERED ONLINE EXPRESSLY SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE TO CARRY THEM UP THE STAIRS MY SELF (since I a middle aged lady I don't really have an easy time carrying 50+ lbs up the stairs!!!) THAT I DID HAVE TO CARRY UP THE STAIRS ANYWAY. so thanks to fedex, I have no reason to ever buy from petflow again....if they would ship by UPS I would definitely order from petflow again..but NO AWAY EVER AGAIN IF IT COMES BY FEDEX. if you have a good fedex driver or live in a house though, I would highly recommend buying from petflow, their stuff is very competitively priced and great quality and selection. love the products, hate their choice of shipping company.

I ordered an LED dog leash and a bag of treats. A large Pet Flow box arrived with lots of plastic stuffing and only the treats. No leash. The order slip on the top of the box said the box contained the leash and the treats, but there was no leash. Guess I'm lazy but I didn't want to call and go back and forth with someone over a $6 leash. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but I won't use them again.

Slow shipping and was charged tax i needed item quickly and figured im a state away and it would arrive fast but took 5 days. I will order else where next time.

The shipping was fast and I received my order in about a week (even though it was the free 2-day shipping). The ordering process was a nightmare. It was extremely hard to find the dog food I get on the website. It really doesn't have a product organization. The search always said products weren't available. When you look up dog food, you have to go through all the dog food, but if you look up the dog food by brand, you have to look through all the food from that company. There are many other websites that offer the variety of products with guaranteed shipping and convenient, fast, and organized order. I know I won't be using this again. Good luck.

I ordered dog food with two day free delivery. After 5 days it still had not shown up. I had gotten no correspondence from the company other than the initial confirmation of my order. So, I called. They told me there had been a recall on one of the products. But they had never bothered to contact me to tell me that so, had I not called, I wouldn't have known. But, then he told me that he was fixing the issue and was shipping my order out and that it would be delivered in the next few days. A few days later, only half the order showed up. The recalled item was never shipped. So I called back. This time I was told again that there had been a recall and that replacement food was still not in stock. Once again, I was never notified of that. When I had called the first time, I was told it was in stock and that the whole order would ship. This time I was told something different. Then he proceeded to tell me that it would be another week before I would see it delivered. So, free two day shipping turned into a two week wait with very poor communication and answers I only received because I had to call them twice to get the information. They offered no refund for the inconvenience or any other offer. Meanwhile my dog had to eat oatmeal for a week because she had no food. Ridiculous, crappy service and I will never ever order from them again.

My account was setup to send a bag of Fromm every month with a confirmation email sent at least a week prior. No such email arrived and my second bag came on the heels of the first. I canceled my subscription to PetFlow the next day.

Just too small to be worth it. Maybe for small breed puppies. My cat could chew these up. I've never seen bullies this small

Prices on dog food is higher than what i buy local evo or fromm chicken and turkey small bites local price 16.99- 17.49. the fromm treats your price is good. But dont have them yet. would be great to see your monthly boxes have one geared for small dogs. one dog family maybe four boxes a year for small dogs . No grain products. only send items that are wrapped individually to protect our pets from chemicals in carboard tapes etc many unhealthy chemicals in those recycled products
