Ordering experience has always been amazing! Orders arrive on time and are perfect. The loss of a star is because of the concern of how it will be going forwars now that they are owned by Phillips Feed. Hate getting reminders to check out my local store(and they arent even local)

My delivery arrived. I was a little disappointed in the time it took from placing the order to delivery. There was a Monday holiday involved so that may have been the cause. I also recall the sales rep on the phone indicated the nearest warehouse to my home was out of the Fromm food I was ordering and needed to get it from the Las Vegas warehouse. With the prior company I ordered from I used I place my order on Thursday's and receive the delivery on Saturday. I just need to possibly adjust my ordering date for my future autoship.

My first order with Petflow went smoothly. I will order again. My only concern was the box was damaged. The contents inside were fine but they should consider using a heavy cardboard.

Love that they have teamed up with zak George to promote effective, humane training. Have found great food products there, including brands like vital essentials, honest kitchen, bravo and sojos. I wish they had a better selection of supplements.

Great website and online store. I wish I could receive products faster.

I've had my share of problems, from payment to bad packaging damaging cans and wrong items being delivered, but they've always own up to the errors and fixed and made up for making them. They're trustworthy, respectful and willing to help, even on Sunday mornings.

A small glitch of double shipment, I hope is resolved will find out in December.
