Took almost a week to get food delivered! Ran out before I got my delivery very disappointed it took so long.

I had used a coupon, went through the whole transaction and after payment posted they changed the price. If I had not paid attention I would’ve been charge a completely different price than what was specified. I had to call costumer service and was told the coupon was expired, but the website let me go through the whole transaction using the coupon and wasn’t until after payment that the coupon was declined. Will never use this website again. Only plus was the rep. She was easy to talk to and cancel my order immediately.

From the initial deceptive claims of X% off - with small print that appears much later - to the delivery dates dramatically changed for the worse after order, to the "sale discount" prices that are nothing of the sort, my experience was well under expectations at every step. I don't expect to use Petflow again and will discourage others as well. You can have this review, normally priced at $100 for $0, a 100% discount! Hope that gets this as much attention as you must think that tactic earns from your clients. I won't try to trick you into reordering this review either. You are welcome!

Nice produces and got fast!

Been waiting weeks for prescription dog food. Prescription means my dog can’t have anything else. I need it. If the couldn’t get it in a timely manner they should have contacted me.

Well so far I am not impressed first order took forever then I called and got a nasty customer service rep, manager made good and gave us a credit as a gesture. Next order never got here, said delivered just got a reorder sent yesterday. There is no follow up if you have a problem. You have to keep calling. I am looking for another company that carries Fromm ... super disappointed overall
