Shipping took a little longer than expected BUT PetFlow changed my shipping from my work to home address since it ended up getting delivered on the weekend. They did this at no charge to me and kept me updated the whole time! Great customer service!

Hello, Price was good, shipping time was good, though I was a bit concerned about the packaging; Box was a perfect fit, but the weight of the product had broken the seal on the flap sides by the time delivery was reached. Thank you, Randy

Great prices compared to competitors. Shipping could use some fine tuning though. Last shipment took 7 days via FedEx whom seemed to forgot to load the shipment on a trucking leg causing a 2 day delay. Otherwise great company for you and your pet(S). :)

My order arrived fairly quickly, but the case of canned food wasn't sealed. The cans were strewn throughout the box and several were dented.
