Hi all -love working with you - have a problem at the moment as I got two orders this week - I could not find my standing order which I had put on hold so I started a new one - and I got both! First order had one of the tubes of food split open when I opened the box and one of the bags bust open as I took it out of the box so it was pretty frustrating- normally my order is a 5 star so this is unusual - but you asked! Help? Also - wondered if you delivered to Ottawa Canada?

only way to get good prices is to use a coupon, which are available after you placed an order at full price... otherwise the local pet shop is usually cheaper

I ordered 3 large bags of dog food and they came in a flimsy cardboard box. The box was all ripped up and there was some damage to the bags. I know part of the fault is on the delivery company but they need to figure out how to package the items better to protect them.

I have enjoyed Pet flow customer service, however recently I called because the website does not have a place for discount codes!...When you have a regular repeat order so I called to give them my discount code, no problem except now they charge me postage when it should be free'

First of all I want to say I'm happy with the product I received however, I'm not happy with the initial order discount. It said 12% off your first order so I ordered 6 items. It said only two were left in stock however when I went back on line immediately after placing the order for two items to place an order for 6 of the same order it didn't say anything about not having any in stock. I emailed them and they did not get satisfactory response. They should say there is a limit of two for the discount instead of saying there is only two left in stock when clearly there was plenty in stock they just didn't want to give the discount for more than two items. I don't like being deceived by businesses therefore that was a complete turn off for me right off the bat.

I purchased Natural Balance Chicken/Lamb dog food rolls, and was surprised to see that the "best value" was the small 4-0z food roll. As it turns out, it's not, even though it is advertised as best value. The price per oz. is definitely 0.50. But the largest roll (3.5lb) is shown at $2.85 per ounce. That is the price per POUND, not price per OUNCE. It actually works out to 0.45 per ounce. So your best value is the largest roll, not the smallest one.

Petflow does have very good prices and special offers and the online shopping experience on their website is overall good. However, having tried to order canned dog food twice, both times, half of the cans were bent due to the shipping process. This time also I ordered flea and tick protection, together with a big bag of dry food and lots of canned food. My order was delivered in one huge box and as a result the little carton box containing the flea protection product was in a really bad shape having suffered travelling with cans and the dry food bag. Due to the weight of some of their merchandise or the packaging type, I think petflow should really make an effort to group the orders accordingly so that the products delivered can be in excellent condition just like if they would be purchased in a store. I would expect that if I was to buy canned food in bent cans I would get a discount for the product. Instead I am disappointed to open my order and realize that someone has literally thrown all the items of my order in a box without any consideration.
