Horrible experience and I will NEVER order from PetFlow and I will let everyone know to avoid it.

Worst worst service ever! First of all they gave me a coupon for giving them my email address. After finally getting through to them I wasn’t aloud to use the coupon unless I would sign up for auto re orders. I was promised my order would be shipping the day I placed the order. Well it didn’t ship until the next afternoon! After that my 2 day order I majorly needed was lost. Instead of receiving it on Friday I was told it was rerouted and I would get it the following Tuesday! For some reason fed ex delivered it on a Sunday after saying it would be delivered onnTuesday, so it set in the rain all day! I still haven’t received a credit for the ruined food! What a headache and such a lack in customer service and communication! FFF

I gave a Bad rating due to submitting my order on a Sunday for my cats prescription wet food. Then on Thursday I get an email telling me that they can't get a hold of my Veterinarian to confirm the prescription. I called customer service and they advised me that they try 1x a day and that is it. My Vet is always available and feel that the protocol for calling a vet 1X and then not following up till days later is not good business. I ended up canceling my order. First impressions mean make or break. It was break for me. Thanks.

I bought 10 made in the USA curly swizzle sticks for my dogs & 2 -3 sticks have an unappealing grayish discoloration at the ends of them so, I threw them out rather than risk my dogs getting sick. As a result of this experience, I am not going to shop on the PetFlow website anymore.

They sent me the wrong order the first time, I ordered vet approved CAT food and got a rip off brand of DOG food. Also I haven't recieved my replacement order yet and I'm starting to think itll never come. For $40 for 24 cans of medical grade cat food I should have atleast gotten my package or an extra one sent by now. I haven't had the right food for my babies for 2 weeks now and I'm worried I messed their bladder up again. It was special urinary food. So I do NOT like this company and would reccomend Chewy. They just stopped selling the special food so I tried here. Never again.

Not a happy customer with your services 😒. Will never order from your company again. My dog has congestion heart failure 💔 a requires a special dietary food..to much trouble trying to get it ordered I n line from you. Never again.

I get not making it super easy or offering discounts or other things to keep the customer, but requiring manual intervention to do something so trivial in this day and age is BS. I don't have time to wait on hold for 10 minutes. I am never ordering from this company again.
