Service is always great, and fulfillment is usually great. The only reason for knocking off a star is that there's no way of knowing when product will come from the farthest warehouse away, and that can wreak havoc with the stock of food in the house. If I have to go to Petco because if this, it kinda defeats the purpose. It would be really helpful to know which warehouse an item is coming from ahead of time.

Great prices, very convenient. The bag of dog food I bought did arrive to my house torn, though.

Great overall service. The reason it’s not 5*s is that you keep serving me discount opportunities that “do not apply” to my purchase when I punch in the code at check out. Either serve me a discount or don’t. Please please don’t serve me one that doesn’t apply to products that you sell.

I love Fromm dog food. I will use Petflo to make sure I have it for my dogs. Took longer to get, even tho your employee told me it would arrive on Tuesday He was. correct but I think it took longer to get so I will need to order well before I run out. Comment made versus other company. I will no longer use.
