They definitely carry varied stock and have the all natural products we need for our cats. The prices are good and so is their Auto-Ship offering and discount. But the packing of multiple orders has been atrocious. There were no packing materials used and each time the box of cat litter opens and spills into the box. So when we open the larger box, we have a big mess to clean up. I don't expect them to use as much packaging material as some warehouses do (ahem, Amazon), but they need to improve in this department.

I ordered my dogs food several days before he was out. I called to check on the eta and the man who is poke to said he wasn't sure but he thinks by tomorrow. I anticipated on the order being there but it wasn't so I had to feed my dog raw chicken and meat for two days. I just wish I would have been aware of the time frame.

It is very convenient to order dog food this way. Fortunately, my dogs did like the food. I think improvement could be made on shipping. Placing two thirty pound bags in a wimpy box makes it really hard on the shipper. The gentleman that delivered it said the boxes often get broken and they end up with dog food all over the place. Is it possible to get stronger boxes?

I have complained countless times about the e-mail notification about autoship because when I click on the link to review/edit/change my autoship, I go to my account and it shows no autoship to change. I have complained to some 12-year-old customer service staff that don't know how to pass on the information to your Web people. Then the customer service people challenge me with stupid questions because if they don't see something in front of them, then it just doesn't exist. I have turned off my autoship. I will do my own timing. PetFlow needs to get less tunnel vision customer service people and FIX THEIR AUTOSHIP E-MAIL PROCESS. I do not have time to waste my valuable time working with a broken system - human and e-mail. Love the products, love the delivery most of the time.

I appreciate the convenience of one-stop-shopping, the availability of everything I need for my cats and usually, reliable shipping. My last order was late and I almost ran out of cat food. My issues with the website are making changes in the auto delivery section. Eventually, I get it right, but it's always a struggle.

Pet Flow advertised 20% off dog food when you used a certain code, but the discount did not show on check out. Attempts to contact customer service were futile. This is not the first time I have had this issue. I love getting my dig's food regularly and shipped to the house, but the ordering bugs need to be addressed.

Everyone was nice, but because of the wait for a prescription I had to cancel my order and go local.

dogfood came beat up. Off the shelf it comes vacuum packed, when it arrived, cardboard was obviously beat up, and the food was in limp bags. NO issue with the food, the shipping time, or the cost, those were great. UPS needs stout employees that can lift the bags of food, and not slam them down.
