It really makes me angry when there is a shipping charge. You must reach a certain amount to qualify for free shipping and therefore are forced to buy more.

Took off one star because you can’t do multiple auto ship orders.. difference from chewy.. but ultimately switched to petflpw because chewy is going to stop selling the Orijen and acana brand soon

the only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star is the price for shipping and product. i am on a very tight budget and can buy this locally for much cheaper. I did get it quickly and it was at a decent price because i had used a coupon to get the dog food. if this wasn't the only food my dog can eat without having stomach issues I would have opt'd for another resolution. Overall it was extremely easy and with my coupon it did bring the total price with shipping down to what I would pay locally.

Wish they had a chat option like Chewy does. Wish they had faster shipping like Chewy does 1-2days fedex shipping. The people I called to ask questions were very nice though!!

The deliveries are taking longer than they should and have order elsewhere. Out of stock on one of my main products and had to go elsewhere again

website stated 10dollars off for autoship - then I processed and did auto ship and the coupon code would not work

The price was a little higher than I have paid in the past, but delivery was easy and prompt.

Delivery took a little too long, but the food arrived safe and sound without any damage to the shipping box!
