Reasonable price. Exceptionally prompt service. Nice to not have to schlep have of dog food to and from the car.

The product list is extensive. The only issue is that cancelling auto-ship orders is very inconvenient because you have to call the company and request changes to your shipments and then they try to upsell you to keep you in the system.

I switched to Pet Flow after the product line I feed was no longer available on chewy.com. Overall, I am pleased to find the option to order my preferred brand on-line. If PetFlow could do anything better to earn a 5 star rating from me it would be to meet the fast shipping (2 day) and lower prices previously available on chewy.com.

You do a great with completing my order quickly. I appreciate that! One thing to consider...........get better shipping boxes! I order a 25 lb. bag of food and also cases of canned food, and the box is practically falling apart when it arrives on my doorstep. Thanks!

Shipped timely and as advertised. We have used Petflow for several years now and rarely encounter problems.

Arrived timely, was correct only reason it wasn't 5 stars there was a slit in one of my dog food bags other than that great service!

Good service. Quality products. My only issue is that the shipping container is not robust. On each of my two shipments (both with a 26 pound bag of dog food and other items) the box was barely able to contain the items. Thicker cardboard and improved sealing of the box would be a plus.
