Ordered our Poodles special recipe Dog food and some chew treats the other week from Petflow. When we got the order it had the bag of food but the chewys were missing, if I hadn't remembered then our poor Poodle would have missed out completely and I would have been zonked! I called Petflow and they saw the treats weren't included in our order and they said they would send them out, but it left me with a bad taste that I had to Police the order. I think it would have been made right if they would have offered some sort of compensation as a gesture of forgiveness. I don't think I will be ordering from Petflow again since I have so many choices to order our Poodles premium grain free Fromm Dog food.

PetFlow offers some great bargains but when you add the shipping, the costs are not good. Can buy the products in the stores cheaper than their charge plus shipping.

I really enjoy the convenience of dog food delivered to my doorstep. Unfortunately, I will have to take my business elsewhere, because I've only been ordering from this company about five months, and they have charged me for an extra bag of dog food I didn't order without informing me TWICE already. The first time when I adjusted shipping schedules they said I created some extra program, thus I received two bags of dog food one week apart. This time I received two bags of dog food in two days! They told me there was a "computer glitch" and they had shipped a double order of dog food and double charging all their customers. And last month, after another "glitch," they undercharged everyone, thus charging me for the remaining odd amount, prompting another confused phone call by me. Sorry, but I won't permit companies to just take my money whenever they want.

I placed order last week but somehow the date has been changed to 8/19/2013, and I checked today the date has been changed to 8/24/2013. Why and how this could happen?

We ordered "Whoa Buddy Slow feed Bowl" large and medium bowls. Large bowl is very small which makes the medium even smaller. We have a 100 lb. German Shepherd and if we were to use it, we would have to fill it three times to make one of his normal bowl. I'm sure it works the way it says, but only for small dogs. Did get speedy shipment and price was very good for the food bowl which included a water bowl for $3.99.

Really looking for an easy & fast source for pet products...easier to order from Amazon...

I ordered a bunch of treats for my dog Moose, including a couple of pig ears and bully bones and a big bottle of vitamins. It was delivered and, not expecting any problems, my son brought the box to my room and put it on the bed. I am left side paralyzed and confined to a wheel chair. A little while, maybe 5 or 10 minutes, I turned my chair around and saw the little ants crawling all over my bed! I yelled for help and we got them all killed, only to find more when we opened the box. I wrote them an email and they said sorry, we can resend your order if that's what you want. Mind you they didn't say replace for free. As I told them, that was my first and last order from them, tho I do commend them for selling "Made in the USA" products!

When you open the bag you will gag. When your dog gets it wet you will want to vomit.
