Petflow was founded in 2010 with one thing in mind: to make it easier for pet parents everywhere to get the highest quality foods around at great prices. We carry nearly 150 brands of the finest dog and cat food, treats and more, and ship them directly to your doorstep on a convenient Auto-Ship delivery schedule.Based in Pennsylvania with teams and facilities on both coasts, our talented staff are dedicated to providing our customers with the best service possible. Outstanding Communication Counts
Big companies fail when you have to navigate a sea of incompetence and red tape. PETFLOW got it right the 1st time! I was overseas and VPN wouldn't allow me to login to change my auto ship. I sent ONE EMAIL and within minutes I received ONE REPLY and the auto ship was corrected to get my dog his food fast!

Always deliver on time and I don't have…
Always deliver on time and I don't have to lug the big bag of food from the store to my car and then from car to the house. I also like the text I get when the package is out for delivery...just in case I am gone for a few days.

Great all around service
I am happy with everything! The price of the food I purchased is usually higher than what they had it for. That was the first big thing for me! Then I got an extra 10% off! That made it even better!!! My order took 5 days to reach me. While it wasn't the fastest, it is fine with me. The price was definitely worth the wait of a couple days longer. I'm going to try Petflow for other things as well!

Quality product
Website is easy to navigate. Can set and change delivery dates with ease. Scheduled deliveries have always come when expected. Most importantly, our dog likes her food and the quality has been consistently good.

Petflow takes care of me
Petflow consistently takes care of my pet food and treat needs in a timely fashion. Their prices are very competitive and it is such a blessing for this senior citizen to have those heavy bags, delivered right to my front porch.
