One of my fur babies will not eat this food, so I had to cancel auto subscription. I am stuck with 1 whole case of canned food.

Pet flow in my mind is an up & coming contender in the pet supply market but is facing growing issues that all mega suppliers face on their way to success , as far as solid they are 100% in my book legitimate w/ out question !!!

Shipment was on time, cans were not damaged and the pricing was good.

I have no problem with PetFlow. It's who they use for delivery~~Fed Ex. They are terrible. I wish I could use UPS. I don't order as much anymore because of the FedEx service.

I have one suggestion, when someone places an order and certain things are not available please reach out to the customer and let them know don't hold the order like you did with mine I almost ran out of food because, send what you have and worry about the rest after the fact. Thank ypu.

What made me choose PetFlow over other pet product websites is that they donate a bowl of food to a pet in need every time I order. They make ordering easy, they have the pet food and treats my dogs like, their prices and discounts are competitive, and I can help pets doing what I would do anyway. The only thing I think can be improved is the PetFlow name is not on the box I received.

the order shipped in a good shape but the product inside was broken, sunburst pina colada. Still can use it but not happy when it cracked. So many pieces of millets fall out to the main box. Millet spay is small. Also, I ordered bird food and petflow send me the veggie garden for small animals. Don't know dog can eat it or not so I can give it away
