A couple orders ago my dog's food was 46.99 and and I would also get her a toy or treat to get over the 49$ free shipping threshold. But my last order the raised the price of her food to 50$ flat, so when I thought I was getting a better deal that is suddenly gone. Disappointed with the price increase, but my dog needs the quality food. Shipping is fast and website is easy to navigate so those are my positives.

Fast delivery of hard-to-find dog food. We appreciate this very much. Not 5 stars because the emails are relentless, choosing to get fewer has no effect, and opting out seems to be negated by the next order. This is a serious drawback. Seriously how many sales emails a week can one company expect to be even opened?

Each time I order dog food, I receive a discount coupon the next day =when I least have use for it. However, I appreciate that you have notified me that I can buy what I order locally.

I've only ordered food from Petflow, they were referred by Fromm's Food after PetSmart bought Chewy's for 3.3 billion. Fromm's only wholesales to small independents.

Very good product and it’s long lasting to.

Slower to ship and receive my order than other company I use and boxes are more flimsy so canned goods get dented. Otherwise prices are decent and they carry Fromm.

Quick delivery and grest price. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because some of the cans of dog food are dented when they arrive.
