I loved that I could order dog food and have it delivered to my door but I didn't like that I was charged $12.97 for FREE shipping.

On my initial order I received a 6 lb. bag of cat food instead of the 26 lb bag of puppy food I ordered. In fairness, customer service was helpful and I received the correct product in the next couple of days. So I recommend to allow extra days for any issues to prevent an emergency trip to the retail store

I appreciate the timely in which I received the product I ordered & the price was affordable. My only complaint is that I want to leave this companies site & for some reason you have me locked in.

Pet Flow has great products in which to choose. I gave 3 stars because it took over seven days for the food to be delivered, thus, I had to go out and buy extra cat food. I like the convenience of having pet food delivered because I have a bad back and that saves time lifting, putting it in the basket, transfering it to the car etc. I like that they offer free shipping and carry the products I prefer. Faster delivery would be a great improvement.

Took over a week to get it!

It is convenient to have pet food and supplies delivered. However, be aware that that toys are mostly made in China. The toys had an odor of toxic chemicals. The dog food was ok. I prefer to buy food that originates and stays within US or Canada. Just Sayin.

I love the vast variety of products and I don't mind waiting at least a week for delivery since I expect that but most, if not all, of the boxes that have two bags of dog food, have been damaged. This last delivery, the dog food bag was punctured and there was loose dog food in the box, which had been retaped and retaped again because there was so much damage. The boxes which contain only one bag of food are never damaged I believe because they are not heavy and so are not dropped repeatedly.

I love that pet flow carries high quality brands like Orijen but the shipping time is below par.
