Disappointing!

The products I ordered were not what I expected. I ended up spending almost $100 And the items I got were much smaller than I expected them to be based on the marketing. The customer service team was not rude however also was not interested in doing anything to try to make me happy and didn't seem to really care. I did try them one more time but kept my order to a minimum.

I placed an order on 9/2 (okay, it was Labor Day). It was for three packets of cat treats. I thought I was saving myself time (online shopping is good for that). But today is 9/10 and my order won't be here till 9/13!! That's ridiculous. First it crawled through some Pony Express division of FedEx, and then it's going to be transferred to the US Postal Service. Three packets of cat treats! Geez! I'm going back to Amazon.com. They've got a much more streamlined system.

I have yet to get my latest order.

My 2 year experience has been very good or horrendous, nothing in between. Recently, one of my standing orders was missed. When I spoke with an alleged supervisor, Jeremy, he both blamed the error on Royal Canin ( it wasn't) and assured me 3 times my order was being shipped the day we spoke (in fact, it was shipped 2 days later). As a result, I was corced to feed one of my Great Danes another one's food resulting in 3 days of "stomach disfunction" in the house. I'm torn about what makes me more unhappy; the original error on the part of Petflow, the unspeakable mess, or the blatant lies of the company representative. This has happened on many occassions.

I had put off ordering supplies from PetFlow for a couple of months, while I changed my dogs' food. The orders I had been getting arrived on time, but the packing they arrived in was marginal. This time, however...EVERY can of food was dented , and several were bulging. I ended up throwing those away because sending them back was too much of a hassle. I'm not even sure how they got dented because they were shrink-wrapped in a cardboard box. So apparently, PetFlow intentionally sent dented cans and shipped them in a flimsy box with only 2 small packing air bags. Other shipments included a box that held a 25 pound bag of dog food, a handful of bully sticks, and a can of compressed air with NO packing protection at all. This is about my 5th shipment and will obviously be my last. Other pet supply companies I've used have managed to ship without damaging my purchase. Free shipping is great if it includes NEW and UNDAMAGED merchandise...which PetFlow doesn't. It's cheaper in the long run to just run down to the pet store to hand pick what I'm looking for and not have to settle for second rate throwaways.

The only reason I shop at PetFlow is the unavailability of my dog's food from local shops, and their prices are better than their online competitors. They have a horribly tacky marketing strategy, from a Facebook page that constantly posts image macro spam to emails about "secret" promotions and monthly toy delivery. Their worst flaw is their cheerfully impotent customer service. Any time I have a problem, their effusive responses suggest they're doing something, but I have the same issues repeatedly. They promise to fix things in the nicest way, yet fail with a smile.

I would not have paid $1 for these chew sticks. they are way to small. I think the picture on your web site failed to properly describe your product. I feel I definetly paid too much for this item.
