Unfortunate packaging
I recently ordered two cases of cat food, weighing about 35 lbs total. While the food was a good price, and delivered promptly, it was in terrible shape upon arrival. These heavy cans were put in a box with quite a bit of space around them, with only three air "pillows" for packaging material. Obviously the air "pillows" were popped, and nearly half of the cans so heavily dented they were no longer deemed safe. The supplier was courteous and quick to replace the product, no questions asked, which I appreciated, but more was sent in with the same inferior packaging material. I had hoped the original shipment was just hastily packed due to the holiday weekend, but was disappointed to find it was a standard practice.
