Good, friendly company to deal with. Prices are good, but oftentimes you have to call because coupon codes don't work--that is a pain. Excellent product line. They will contact vet if prescriptions are needed. Have had auto ship which is helpful so I never run out, but they don't notify you when shipment is coming, so occasionally I end up with a ton of food before I need it. I would like notice so I can adjust order accordingly.

Your price on Taste of the Wild Dog Food is more than what I pay at the local Tractor Supply. I only go through you when I can get a discount.

The reason I can't give 5 stars is because I was sent cat food even though the order stated clearly that I placed an order for dog food. The problem was resolved, as I was sent dog food after I reported the problem. The only good thing to come of this is I am donating the cat food to our nearest animal rescue. They will really appreciate it.

2 things : 1st - after using the discount promo code it affected in such as way that it went below the 49$, this way having to pay the shipping charges. At the end it resulted almost the same. Felt tricked. 2nd: I wish at least us being loyal for so long as scheduled customers would have every once in a while special reduced prices due to the loyalty we have shown throughout the years.

Boxes could be a little more sturdier especially when shipping 26+ lb bags of dog food. Frequently the box is bowing open which could be disasterous if the bag is punctured. Shipping / delivery could be a day faster.
